Fall Courses:

Back Care Basics:
October 19 - November 23
Mondays 6:00 - 7:45pm
This course is open to anyone who experiences back pain in any part of the spine.
It is especially helpful for people who either sit all day OR who do physical work.
Great for gardeners, farmers, general laborers, office workers, moms, etc.  
If your any part of your back, head or neck hurts this course is for you!!

     * Proper alignment: standing, sitting, walking, lifting and bending.
* Relax deeply, release stress.
* Strengthen muscle tone. 
     * Manage, reduce and alleviate back pain.
     * Learn what triggers your pain body.
     * Increase body-mind awareness.
     * AVOID addictive pain-killers.
     * GET and STAY out of pain.

Back Care Basics: $185/six week course

       Receive individual advice, troubleshoot and stay motivated to get out of pain.

Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement:
Move with greater freedom, grace and ease.
Tuesdays from 4:00 - 5:00pm

     * Improve balance, posture & coordination

     * Move freely and gracefully

Please Note:  
Participants must register in advance for all courses, to insure minimums are met. A minimum of six students are needed to run most courses.
Drop-ins are discouraged, because
 courses progress sequentially week to week.
