I've designed BCB specifically for people who suffer with chronic back pain and are actively seeking a method to heal their pain naturally-without more pills, shots or surgery.
OPTION I. DO IT YOURSELF (DIY): Online Video Course
Over 40 professional training, practice and educational videos to help you to re-align your posture while sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, because that's what you do most of the day. You'll learn how to get yourself out of pain, and how to keep yourself out of pain.
OPTION II. DONE WITH YOU (DWY): Private Session Add-Ons:
To accommpany the online video course above, you may request private training sessions with Lynne (additional fee) to help you get the most out of The BackCare Blueprint program. Chose weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions, to get all your questions answered. You'll receive Lynne's expert coaching, practice tips, troubleshooting, support, and accountability. With Lynne's eyes on you, she'll help you refine alignment, mindset and breath until you are free of pain and good-to-go! Once you register for a 1:1 session, you'll receive a confirmation email with the zoom link.
OPTION III. DONE WITH YOU - IN PERSON:
Lynne reserves a few times during the week to work with in-person clients. These engagements require a minimum 3-month weekly commitment in order to successfully cover all aspects of the BCB program. By the end of this program, you'll be able to get youself out of pain, naturally.
Note: A weeklong program can be arranged for out of town clients, followed by weekly zoom sessions for continuity. Two 1:1 sessions each day.
